Rectifier BRIDGES
When productivity, size and fast production are paramount, SEMIKRON rectifier bridges are the solution in many applications. There can be single or three phase topologies with diodes, thyristors and IGBTs in insulated compact enclosures. Regardless of your preference - solder connection, solderless connection (with spring contacts) or standard screw connections, quick-detachable or busbars, SEMIKRON is the solution for you.
Conventional and special topologies with diodes and thyristors are available in a variety of enclosures and connections. Voltage ranges - from 400 to 2200 V, current ranges - from 9A to 494A.
